What a thrilling Summer Language Camp we had this year! The National Museum of Language popped up in College Park, MD, with a Japanese language and culture experience. The event was recreated the next day at the Lake Arbor Foundation Camp.
On that Wednesday we introduced Arabic to children ages 6-12, with a focus on Egyptian culture. On Friday, July 14, we introduced Spanish with a focus on Spain, Mexico, and Argentina. The week wrapped up with a session on the tango, flamenco, and salsa dances, complete with a lesson on making Fiesta Flowers.
