While students look forward to the end of the school year and the beginning of summer, some teachers are already thinking about the fall semester. If you are an ESL teacher and you find yourself teaching over the summer or getting a head start on the year to come, be sure to check out ProLingua Learning’s resources for ESL teachers.
ProLingua is a community of ESL teachers that publishes physical and online resources to help students find success. Some of ProLingua’s free community resources for teachers include: texts on conversation strategies, business communication strategies, English grammar resources in both Spanish and English, and practice lessons on topics ranging from folktales to health and science.

ProLingua has also recently republished a textbook on fast speech called Whaddaya Say. This new version, released this past March, has QR codes in the text for clear and easy access to the accompanying audio tracks. This $25.95 book focuses on common pronunciation changes of everyday speech when said at a fast pace by native speakers, and contextualizes these changes in practical and useful conversation examples. Check out the new textbook here.
